I know almost everyone that plays on the 1v1 servers and since I stream whenever I am on, I keep everybody engaging in fun conversations. In the past I would also act as an advisor to the developers on what should be included in new servers and game modes and do test runs with them. I am also very tight regarding the rules and no matter who, if a person is breaking them, then they will be dealt with accordingly. I am usually on 1v1 between 10:00 p.m. until 7-8:00 a.m. and there aren't many mods on at that time, so I would be one that's actively playing in the server available for anything that might be needed.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member needs to have integrity, be honest, trustworthy, have a sense of unity and community, follow the instructions of their superior/supervisor, creative, and fun to work with.
