I trained to be an admin on ego, but declined it when it became time to become an admin because I was gonna be so busy. (for the age thing I'll be 18 next month, if that even matters)

I have over 4k hours on CSGO, so I know how the game works. I used to hold the number 1 spot on ego TTT hours (until they partnered wtih PG). I am rather friendly and talkative so people will listen. I am also beginning to have a reputation on the server ( people know me). I have good availability considering I have no life.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think that staff members have to be unbiased, yet understanding. It is important to stay aware and you have to play with a purpose. It is also important not to abuse power because when in the wrong hands, bad things go down. Being relatable is a postive because people want to see admins as friends that enforce rules, not cops. As an admin its important to be attentive to how players interact in and out of the game. And most of all they must ensure that people are following the rules and having fun.
