I joined and i got banned. it says i had multi

You were banned for cheating on another account, when you connect from the same IP the console bans you for "Duplicate account".

You were banned on 4 different accounts which have VAC bans and previous aliases like "bad hvh player" and "im not cheating ;)"

I am not sure why you even bothered to appeal this ban, its pretty clear you cheat quite often.
