Reason for ban/mute and why should your request be approved
Last night my boy got banned from the game and is a little unsure as to why.
He has only been playing a short while and now cant play at all. I would appreciate if you could review your decision as this has never happened before. He has never been banned or removed from any game so is disappointed this has happened.As you can imagine he just wants to get on again and play with some of h is friends.
