I am a very talkactive person and i spent a decent amount of time on TTT.
and i could maybe bring more positivity around the servers and make the community feel more comfortable.

What i think makes a good staff member
is someone who is not (example for a RDM)
instead of slaying someone straight away you should listen to why the person Rdmed and sort it out with the person that got Rdmed that way you dont have to use your powers as a staff.
