Consistency. I'm on literally every day and for insanely long periods of time. Typically i'll play this server on the weekend for an upwards of 10 hours each day. On weekdays i'll play from the time i get home from work, to the time I go to bed. I have been playing for 2 weeks+ and im already fighting Kelsie for rank 2 with being ranked 3rd for top time, alongside having 12,000 kills.

What do you think makes a good staff member
Since I'm on the server a lot, I see what it can be like when there are no mods. Loud and annoying typically sum it up. I can provide almost constant moderation to reduce and remove racism, mic spamming, and just general toxicity.
