I understand the pressure that senior staff would often be under which is why, in the case that my application is accepted, I would do all that I am able to due to alleviate some of their responsibilities and do my best to present myself as a person which not only my fellow staff members would be able to trust to get things done, but one the community would trust to be fair in my doing so which is why I believe I would be a valuable asset to the team.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think that a good staff member is someone who is able to properly and effectively handle their duties while also being able to have fun with people and properly communicate with others at the same time in order to assist the community as much as they can.
