There are many good staff (and many really shitty ones) so we should be able to commend them on the forms.

Make an option that commends members in the community. A example of a shitty member in the community is TurdHunter. See, this is why this shouldn't be an option. You don't like it when I call you a shitty member. I doubt the staff members would like to be called a shitty staff member too.

You can make a staff report to commend them and say they do a great job.
