I had been a staff member on a Garry's Mod TTT server. On the server, a lot of people accused others of false killing and rdm. It required a lot of patience and the proper handling of each situation. I handled each situation to the best of my ability and felt as I had done my job properly.

My personality allows me to be accepting and friendly to all players. I am patient and able to bring people together on one agreed-upon decision. I also bring a sense of community and entertainment within groups. I can also handle situations in a mature fashion and always try to find a way to bring everyone together.

What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is one who is patient and puts in as much effort as they can to the server they are representing. I feel the staff member must serve the players of the server and to uphold the rules of the server and apply it to all who are present in the server.

@sourapple and everyone from now on if we see STEAM:0:0:0 we need to go under the assumption that the user made an attempt but entered the id in an unknown format, typically leaving [] off of [U:X:XXXX]. I have added a fix for this particular case but more could show up if people are stupid
