I have been staff on more GMOD servers then i have fingers. I have been at the bottom of the staff team and have even successfully run a community of more then 800 members. I have been Senior Mod on Envision RP, Admin on Garnet Gaming, Super Admin on Turtle RP, Owner of Galaxy RP, Owner and Founder of Venomous gaming, Owner of Sunrise Mafia RP, Manager of Crossfire Gaming and Trial Mod on Tamewater CWRP.

As stated i have been at the top and bottom of a staff team so there is no problem I have not already encountered. I am able to handle people who are upset or angry with ease and be able to make sure everyone is having a good time. I have been owner of servers and have been in that role so experience is a big talent/skill i could bring.

A good staff member is someone who can be shown as the face of the community and as an extension of the server owners. A good staff member is someone who can handle situations with ease and be able to quickly resolve an issue. A good staff member is someone the community can rely on to make sure they have a fun experience on the server.
