I'm active on Karma and discord and I'm familiar with a lot of the Karma community. I've been in staff positions before and I think I know how to handle it well while maintaining a fair and fun balance on the server.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I'm a good people person and I'm good at defusing problems; I would use my power to benefit the server as much as possible and would always leave respect for my fellow players despite my ranking.
