I am not cheating or hacking in anyway. This drama has started when I did a 360 aiming for jail and accidentally hitting player "dhuragin" he very much believed I was cheating and since basically all the admins are his friends. He got me banned.

From what it seemed like, your main account was recently VAC Banned and you were on a brand new account and yes the shot you hit was a little strange.

There is no video evidence of you cheating. Though you do have a VAC'd account, the staff must provide evidence from either themselves or a player in game inorder to ban someone (excepting the anti-cheat_.
