I was staff on a couple of servers including karma for about 3 months, but combined experience around a year of staffing cs:go servers.

I have extensive experience catching cheaters and am a very reasonable person when it comes to punishments. While my playtime isn't nearly as high as it used to be, I have been getting back into TTT a lot more and especially the 10 man server.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Someone who can be reasonable with punishments but also knows when to step in and lay the law down. Not toxic, friendly to new players, regulars, and even toxic people. Also someone who knows how to prevent toxicity and promote people following the rules and setting a good example.
