I was banned off of discord without a reason why i was at football practice for 3hours and then when i come back im banned off the discord server. I wasnt givin a reason I was just "banned from the guild".

Denied. You posted a picture of another person on the server without their permission. Doing something like that is ban worthy on Karma.
