i don't know why i got ban. i was not hacking i was smurfing and my ping was 143 and i still hit nasty shot and other player not call me hacker i was legit.

You were... Smurfing on... 1v1...? Please explain that logic. Also you literally made that account yesterday. Seems a bit coincidental that a fresh account gets instantly banned for cheating and your excuse is a "high ping", which 143 isn't even a high ping. I consistently play on a ping around that range and I am yet to be banned by the anti cheat.
