I was staff on another server which I can't remember the name of for the life of me but it was also a csurf server which had decent popularity.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
A quote from Saint: "Ari for mod" this speaks for itself.
In all seriousness, the skills that I have in regards to moderation is most likely a lot more than most of your current staff, which isn't a dig at any of them obviously I just hadve a lot of time under my belt and in a few cases I have helped your staff members with some sourcemod related things that they were unsure of, for example, iBirb didn't know how to use the message that displays as "Console: <text>" which is done through sourcebans. Like I said in what makes a good staff memeber, yes I wrote this from bottom to top, I know when to have fun and when to be serious, I know how to moderate, I know all of the rules for both csurf and TTT. Side note, I got most of my knowledge of TTT from CLWO because I played on their TTT for quite some time and the rules are pretty unanimous as when I first joined I could play by CLWO's rules and I didn't break any rules here. I am not sure what would be considered a talent that would work to benefit me as a staff member so I can't really answer that because I don't know. Also with all the time I have been staff on all these different communities, I have ran into a lot of colourful personalities and also a lot of cheaters from the spin botters to the cheaters who are really good at covering it. Because of this I know a lot of what I should be looking for with cheaters and I know how to deal with most people who are causing problems via voice, text or general actions on servers or even outside of the server. On the csurf server that I can't recall the name of I was, for the most part, the person who would be approached when their were issues on the servers which should speak for something as they wouldn't ask me to deal with an issue if they didn't think I was capable of doing it. TQ can attest to most of this because when I was staff on ROE, he was staff with me.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member would be someone who is compitent at their job, good expierence with sourcemod/sourcebans. Is able to be firm but fair and also someone who is able to have a laugh when the situation allows for it. I feel being able to have a laugh and mess about a bit is one of the charactertics of a staff member that makes them stand out from the rest more than anyhing else, obviously being able to do the job properly is a given. All of the staff I have come to know, the ones who mess about a bit are the ones who are liked the most. No one likes an uptight staff member who's a power freak.
