I staffed for a year or so on tango world wides awp scout server, ask Omni for verification on that. And I’ve staffed for a few other servers I just can’t remember names so sorry about that. I also staffed for Vexxology, a streamers servers for private 10 mans open to his followers, and Mindless creations 10 mans for Iso. I temp owned 2 10 man servers, one with my friend hambooga (Ben) and another with a friend named Grant.

A cliche, but positivity. Sounds stupid but it’s not hard to get mad at eachother and cause problems that strain friendships for no reasons other than petty minimalistic things. I’m good at helping people get over hurdles like that with positive reinforcement. Besides helping handle quarrels I can offer my experience to hell moderate as a previous admin of multiple servers and I can apply my knowledge as an ex semi pro player from FPL and esea advanced.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think the best staff members are the ones that not only engage themselves in the community but promote and hold themselves as how they wish to see their players. If they want a respectful happy and polite player base, they take it upon themselves to show those around them that attitude. An attitude like that goes a long way, it’s infectious almost like laughter, and it helps bring out the best in people sometimes. While upholding server rules is important, helping shape the way you want your community to be is equally important if not more so.
