First I just want to address my ban, I realized what I did was wrong a long time ago and sent apologies to the people that were involved. I was banned for over a year because I did not wanna come back because I knew what I did was wrong. I was 15 at the time and I turn 17 in 9 days from now and have done a lot of maturing in that time. I bring the knowledge/ ability of a good staff member as again my ban had nothing to do with my server managing abilities. I had a good relationship with the community and history with the community. When I came back a lot of people were very welcoming which I was relieved to see. My communication is very good which also plays into my availability which is basically all the time. I noticed from the time I have been back that some staff are inactive but when I was staff I had top time. Since my unban I have not played less than 5 hours a day each day.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member listens to the community. They work with other staff so solve problems and is not afraid to reach out. Being apart of the karma staff means you need to think how your actions will represent karma. They must also know how to communicate with "difficult individuals" and can solve issues between them quickly and fairly.
