Says your name in game is Keltric, not Moscow. I know you got the SteamID wrong like... 3 times so make sure you actually mean this one...
either way
The steam ID provided only has a temp ban recently for Karma being too low and it says unbanned. Other than that, I see a ban for hacking in 2020, but was subsequently unbanned.
