I am frequently on the servers. At awkward times at night when there aren't many staff on and during the day in between my classes. While I feel that the TTT sever has evolved a lot since I started playing in September, I still see people braking basic rules on the 1v1 sever. People are toxic and I have heard people say the N word and use homophobic slurs when there was staff on and go unpunished. I would not let that happen. During these times when we are all stuck at home, karma has a great opportunity to grow. Also, I only had a few hours on CS when I started playing on Karma servers. As a result I understand what it is like being new to Karma and not understanding seemingly obvious mechanics let alone having no idea where awps and T rooms are. When I am online I go out of my way to help new players. I come from xbox, I can enjoy some competitive toxicity but I also know that there is a line between joking around in a competitive environment and attacking other people for no reason. For that reason I could help on the 1v1 server by stoping people from crossing that line and deescalate potentially bad situations between players.

What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is on frequently to do their Job as outlined by the staff handbook. They do not make their own rules, they give punishments in accordance with the handbook and they follow the rules themselves. Most importantly they have to understand that thier job is to do more than just follow rules and give punishments on the server. As staff and as an experienced member of the server it is your job to bring positivity and help less experienced players find their place in karma. Showing new players where T rooms, T traps, and awp spawns are all part of the job of a good staff member.

+1 Even though we really don't need staff, I wouldn't mind bringing back an old staff member back. I don't remember ever having any issues with him and he got the job done.
