I was staff for Karma for around a year and a half before demotion (Inactivity). I was an admin/mod for TTT and TTT had died for a while so I tried 1v1. I didn't find much enjoyment so I stopped playing and never got back on.

I have been staff in a few Discord Servers however around 3-4 years ago. I am no longer apart of those discords and I have greatly matured since then.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
Some additional talents/skills I could bring to the staff team is my overall knowledge of how TTT and staffing works. I have over 1k hours of experience with TTT and with the community. I know, I am known for a TTT Nazi, I have however toned myself down in real life and online. I really just focus on chilling with other people in the game and having fun. I take my mind off of staffing and enforcing the rules constantly just to play the game. I found it more fun to just play rather than constantly be a Nazi. Also, I only play 3-4 hours or less week days and around 6-7 hours or less on the weekend.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member should be a person who is involved with the community. I used to be an extremely strict staff member and that is a reason I got demoted from Admin to Mod. I do understand my previous actions did lead to a bad atmosphere and this caused a LOT of controversy. Thank you for reading all the way through this, have a good day!

I know he had a spotty end to his staff time here, but I also know iBirb to be open to correction and leadership and think the addition of him to the TTT team and his activity will greatly benefit the server.

+1 towards the end of his staff cycle he was inactive and demotivated but now that he is active again and is aware of his past mistakes it would be great to have him back.

0 Didnt really like how he staffed before but its been some time and he addressed everything I had a problem with. Only seen him once while I was on.
