I have been Admin on a few Garry's mod servers mainly IceFuse.net I have worked my ways up through the ranks various times, my highest rank on as staff on Garry's mod was Head Admin.

I know how to talk to people, I know how to run events and make it so that way people come back to the server for more fun and games. Another thing that I can bring to the staff team is leadership because of my experience as a HA on garry's mod servers. One more thing I can bring to the staff team is knowledge about dealing with problems and helping people.
What do you think makes a good staff member
What makes me a good staff member is that I know how to talk to people and I know how to solve most problems. Another thing that makes me a good staff member is that I am always on and when there is tickets I know that I can clear them up and fix what ever problem is happening and or make it so that way people will want to come back and so that way people will want to associate with the staff members on the server.
