It say's I have been banned for duplicate account, but I have never used another account before? This is my only steam account. Just would like to know what account got me banned and if it is possible if I can get unbanned.

You were banned for dupe account because you were banned on a different account back in December of 2020 for hacking on our 1v1 servers.
