I do have previous staff experience. I was staff on karma for 1 week before being demoted for being immature. I was also staff on Alliance for 2 weeks before resigning. I know the commands and don't need to be taught much.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
I have been playing karma since early October and know how much Karma has grown in the past couple of months and I hope to be a part of Karma's progress in the future. I want to be staff so I can make sure that every player is having a good time on Karma. I don't want anyone to be harassed or bullied on Karma, as I know personally how that feels. I've played on many community servers and have never really felt like being a staff on any, but Karma is an exception. All the staff on Karma actually care about the server, the managers/developers are still active and are always looking to make Karma better. Both of these things are not what you see often in other community servers. My goals are to help new players, grow the community, and create a safe environment for everyone to play in. I have been immature in the past, but I have changed and I am ready to be staff once more.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member reads the rules thoroughly and contributes his or her thoughts to both new and old rules. They also should always be looking for new and better ways to help out the community. Good staff know how to punish players based on what the player has done. A great staff member also recognizes when things are taken too far and punishment is needed. Good staff members look out for the players and their community. They should also recognize when someone is new to the server and explain the rules in a way they understand. In addition, they should be able to answer any questions people have about the rules or server. A good staff member cares for their community and takes action when needed.
