I've been apart of the community for a long time and know it well. I know a lot of the current staff members as well. I'm a part of Marketing team which just got 1 million views on one of our tiktok videos. Working with children as a job comes with Good Communication skills and good anger management in serious situations(+ I work with kids so Karma kids wont be a problem).
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think good Communication and teamwork really makes a good staff member. A good staff member needs to be able to think twice before acting and also be able to keep calm and level headed in a heated situation. They should also be creative so they can bring new Ideas to the server.
