No, I don't have any experience moderating Counter Strike servers first hand however I do have multiple friends who have been or currently are still admins/mods on surf and bhop servers so I know some of the essentials to getting started as a Moderator.

Yes. When I was younger I was a Moderator on a Minecraft server with a massive community that hosted events for massive youtubers with hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions of subscribers. Due to these events the server grew to thousands of members concurrently at peak hours which really helped me learn my way around to ropes to being a moderator on a server with a large population.

I was also Sales Management on a discord server which sold in-game money. The community grew quite large but was sadly shut down.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
Patience: I am able to diffuse situations calmly with as minimal conflict as possible even when the person/people angry are screaming.

Quick Thinking: Due to the toxic community that the Minecraft Server I staffed on had alot of the time, I am able to quickly come to a conclusion on what we need to due with a Offender. I try to avoid punishment such as voice mutes and chat mutes as much as possible to keep the server enjoyable for as many members as possible but if the offender refuses to listen after one warning I would not think twice about muting them to keep the server calm and fun for everyone.

Friendly with the community: I have become well known through the combat surf community for being very active and nice to all people of all ages. Many kids who come on the server get bullied because of their voices and I believe that everyone should have an equal chance to enjoy the server no matter their age. (unless they are being toxic of course)

What do you think makes a good staff member
Active: I am on the server every single day and I am well known throughout the combat surf community.

Recommended: Multiple people that are active on the server told me to apply because they know that I am not toxic whatsoever and I am fair and nice to everyone who is the same back to me and to everyone else.

Experience with large community's: And, with experience with large community's such as Karma's I think that I would be a great applicant for the job.
