I was admin on a csgo community server (called retronix) for reformed cheaters around 2017 for about half a year to a year until it shutdown. I banned more cheaters than I could ever count.

I left the server group after it shut down but you can see a guy complaining that I banned him in the comments, my name at the time was AlexTheGreat.

I'm mildly proficient at photo editing software and know my way around adobe premier pro. Not sure if that would ever been needed though.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I've been playing on the server for quite a while so I know the regulars. I have 36 hours playtime on the server (not including multiple stat resets so you can assume I have at least double, maybe triple the those hours) and bounce around top 10 so I know what a skilled 1v1 player looks like versus a cheater - I have gotten a couple cheaters banned on the server already.
I'm pretty mild tempered so you won't catch me being toxic, I don't really use voice chat but I do have a mic. All staff positions I've had on game servers I was never been revoked as I was well liked by players and staff, my positions lasted until the servers shut down.
I like to be an honest person, because I find that causes less problems in the future and I don't want you guys to think I'm trying to hide this. I say this because I was banned for cheating in 2016 (I believe it was 2016) In CSGO. Since the ban I've come to truly hate cheaters (probably because I've actually gotten decent at the game and don't need to stroke my ego) and proved it once by becoming an admin on retronix. I understand if I would get denied because of the ban but I will add that because I have cheated I know what types of cheats are available and how players go about hiding them, I've also done lots of research since then and I try to keep updated with cheater methods. The vac ban is obviously embarrassing so I don't bring it up unless I feel like I need to, thank Gaben bans become invisible after 7 years.

You will see no VAC ban on my account because it has been over 7 years now since I was banned and have not gotten any other bans since, if you put my account in an account inspector you will see that it is indeed vac banned. The "steamid.pro" website says 1907 days ago but steam itself tells me 2809 days, don't ask me why - I don't know.
I really just wanna ban cheaters when I see them and not have wait for staff.
