I was on staff within Army ROTC in college where I was the BN S4. This job covers logistics for over 200 people across 11 universities within the Charlotte and Southern North Carolina area.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
On May 9th I am going to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and commission into the Army as an Officer (A managerial type of position) and Army Nurse through their Army ROTC program. I have experience following strict guidelines, attending staff meetings, planning and executing detailed and elaborate events such as weekend long training exercises for ROTC. As a nurse, I am very detail oriented. There is a procedure I must follow, and the limits in which I am allowed to act are clearly defined. (For example, a doctor can insert a chest tube for someone's collapsed lung, I can not. If I were to attempt to do so, I would lose my license). I believe this applies for the Karma Gaming staff because there is a clear chain of command (Mods, Admins, Sr. Admins, head admins,etc...) that I would have to fit into.
I have a large community support for me to become a mod. I find myself enforcing the rules frequently in the TTT server, and have even been mistaken for a Mod by new players due to my demeanor and frequent role as a teacher. I often find myself online when staff is not, and attempt to report within the Report-TTT section in discord when appropriate. Becoming a staff member would give me the ability to properly keep the server functioning as it should, without having to be "that guy" in the discord always posting report clips. I report for all victims of those who break the rules, not just myself.
I am the oldest of 7 children. Because of this, I have experience controlling and guiding young children and young adults. Conflict resolution is a skill I have acquired over the years due to these circumstances.
I have a basic knowledge of computer programming and language. I took 2 years of computer science in high school, learning Java and Visual Basic. I know enough about programming and computer language to know how to google things effectively and learn, even if I do not know the proper syntax at a given moment.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is someone who can bring new ideas to the table. They are level headed, strict rule followers and have a sense of justice for the community they are a part of. I believe a good staff member is someone who sets a good example for the rest of the community they are a part of. This includes following the rules, and representing Karma Gaming as a positive and attractive community.
