Hello, I am still unable to access R5 NA Map 1. I am not sure if this is an IP ban, as I attempted to connect on multiple accounts and am receiving errors saying that I am banned.

Do you use exitlag or a vpn? Exitlag is problematic lately. Might have to play with that turned off.
