Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
I was banned for "Crouch Spam" while I was lurching in Karma 1V1 NA server in R5 reloaded. I was just trying to do mnk movement and was not trying to crouch spam. I do not think I should have got banned. Thank you!

Why lie?

At no point did you even attempt to lurch. You were on the ground strafing and shooting. Not a single moment were you in the air or jumping.
I gave you 4+ warnings over the course of several hours and every single time it was you spamming crouch in a ground strafe with your gun out.

This is not the right approach for an unban request.

I apologize if my original post came across as dishonest. I understand why my actions were considered crouch spam and I take full responsibility for not understanding the server rules well enough. I enjoy playing in these servers as it has been the best way for me to improve as a newer mnk player, if given another opportunity I will avoid any movement that could violate the rules. I fully understand and will follow the server rules moving forward if unban request accepted. Thank you for your time and consideration!
