Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
I am not sure what i was banned for, I havent cheated or scripted ever, and i think my KD might average in the 0.3s, If possible, i would like to know what i was banned for and whether its possible to appeal.
Sorry for any wrongdoings i mightve done.

i cant use exitlag? it makes my ping a lot better, any way around this?

not really, no. exitlag shares IP with many users so if somebody was banned on one exitlag IP, any other exitlag user on that IP will have connectivity issues to our servers. if you're able to whitelist R5R from exitlag that would be ideal, ping is already not too big a deal in open 1v1 no-cover format
