Being someone that has played AWP servers since source I have ideas of what the server needs to make it strive. I am personable and already have a good connection with some of the staff and players on the server. In my history I have also created several maps for CSS. Elmo and I have discussed some upgrades and new map ideas for the server as well.Playing the server non stop for 3 months have brought lots of light to areas where the server is lacking and I wish to help fix these issues.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I would make a great staff member because I am a hard worker and I have a good work ethic. If I say I'm going to do something I will do it. I believe that Karma can have the best AWP_Bhop server and I want to help make it grow. I also believe that there should be a nontoxic community which makes the server more enjoyable for everyone. Since there has not been active staff in there often I would be able to moderate and make sure everyone is enjoying their experience on the server. As mentioned previously I have played the server for some time, so I have reputation built within the community making it easier to relate to other staff or players.
