Reason for ban/mute and why should your request be approved
So I was banned a month ago (on my alt) for using /tp and looking over walls and shooting people. It looked like walls, I made an appeal and it got denied for reason:Wrong SteamID
But it was correct and I showed manager Teddy

He said I could play on my main but the could not find the ban for my alt. But now it is showing up and after my recent appeal I got banned for Duplicate accounts. I was banned a month ago for this with no problems.

I wasn't banned for Cheating or anything, Just an old ban.
The problem with the other ban was, it was on my alt and no one could find my ban on my alt. And I had no problem playing on my main as it was not banning me, but I got banned and unbanned on my main and it shows up.

You were banned for using /tp and it did look like walls. You did make a unban appeal for it with multiple clips and proof that you weren't cheating. The unban appeal I believe was accepted but you were never unbanned.
