I can bring a nice and friendly environment. I know all of the rules and I know when to and when not to take action if someone is breaking the rules. I am a novice programmer if that would help with anything.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member should be fun and nice person. They should welcome new players into the server and present them to the Karma community. A staff member should know when to ban/mute people. They should also know when to give a warning and when not to give a warning. If the staff member is told by a senior staff member(or higher up) to do something, they should do what they were told.
