Co-owned and ran the staff for a fairly large Minecraft server for about 3-4 years. Server pop. avg. was around 50-150 people on at a time. I was pretty much logging in on to the server to do administrative tasks and check in on cheating/rule-breaking reports.

I get along well with pretty much every member of the community I've met and people respect me. Because of this people will listen to what I have to say when enforcing or reminding people of the rules.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I'm a nice guy who just wants to make sure everyone on the server is comfortable and respected. I'm a pretty well-known member of the community and became respected pretty quickly, through just being active and friendly to everyone I meet. I already enforce chat rules and toxicity when staff isn't on and find people listening to me even tho I'm not staff and cant punish them if they continue.
