Last summer I was able to work on the staff of a camp for the first time and spent a lot of time working with kids around my age and younger kids as well. I staffed a basketball camp for my high school and while the older kids were in charge I had to deal with a fair share of issues. When I was watching over the younger kids and reffing their games they could get upset or mad if they lost or something happened so I had to be there to calm down the situation. I have also been admin on many 40-50 people discord servers run with my friends and dealt with many racist and terrible people in my time on those servers. I also helped comfort my friends who ended up getting torn apart by the people who they thought were friends who ended up using them and hurting them deeply.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
I have a huge knack for being able to shut down conversations that can turn south or bitter. For example, I have shut down many political conversations with adults that end up with people insulting each other or un acceptable things being said. I also work very well under pressure because of my background in high level sports that I still play to this day. This means that I am always making decisions very quickly and adjusting to things on the fly no matter how tough or stressful the situation. This can help me make quick decisions on how I can handle a situation within the server.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think I would be a good staff member because I have a lot of food ideas that can help improve the 1v1 server and the discord server. Also, I bring a lot of positive things to the table that the players of the server can benefit from. For example, I am always telling people it is not okay to say words that aren't allowed on the server and am trying my best to establish positive relationships with many or all of the players I encounter. To add on I never had any problems with any of the admins because I knew that I should respect all the people that put all their time into making the server fun for everyone.
