I have played csgo from the day it had came out up until about 2016. I was a mod in a surf/bhop server that is not running anymore for about a year.

Im known in the 1v1 servers as one of the better players and im always having fun with some of the newer players that come on to the server to try it out. With past admin experience in not only csgo but 1.6 as well I have a good understanding about how to efficiently mod a server and keep it running smoothly. I am consistently on the server for hours at a time and I feel like I am in good public standing with everyone that plays the server.

What do you think makes a good staff member
Knowing how to have fun with the players online while still maintaining respect between all of the players, working towards creating a good overall community everytime you get online. Having fun while moderating the server :)
