I moderated my friend's small gmod server for about 3 weeks. I was the main mod for that period, probably interacting with 12-20 people per day, with about 5 hours online on the server on average. This experience, while not directly applicable to Counter Strike as a game, has given me a plethora of community interaction skills and a fairly good competence at managing unruly or toxic players.

I speak Spanish semi-fluently and have an intuitive understanding of productive interaction with normally difficult to manage players.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I work well in a team, having dabbled in local low-level faceit teams. Along with my well-developed vocal interaction skills, I generally know how to deal with toxic or unpleasant people effectively in an appropriate manner. I'm usually pretty laid back, so I don't tend to get tilted at toxic players micspamming me or any similar situation that might need to be dealt with on an administrative manner.
