I was a mod and admin here on the Karma servers. My roles as admin were as follows : TTT Staff, AWPBhop - Staff, and Surf Staff. I was staff for at least 6 months and im not 100 % sure on time but at the minimum 6 months.

I believe a good, if not great, staff member is an individual who strives to keep things in order and at the same time making it enjoyable and fun for everyone.I think that a good staff member has good attentive behavior and takes initiative. I believe a great member of the staff team is honest and responsible.I used to be an admin and I personally understand what it means and requires to be a great staff member.
