I have not been a mod or admin in servers before but after watching how admins and mods on the 1v1 server handle situations I feel I have a grasp on how one should act while dealing with certain situations.

I don't have admin or staff experience but I do have experience with being a Summer program staff in training at a boarding school I work at over most summers.

I am a very likable person, I'm not toxic most of the time and like to have conversations in with the people in the servers. I'm also very professional and like to do things by the book, I act accordingly and will use the staff powers responsibly to keep a dynamic of chill and strict staff to a minimum.

What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is active in the community and is friendly with the members of the server. They should have a good reputation for dealing with the proper punishments and a good reputation with how they act on the server. A good staff stays calm even when people are being the most toxic not to get baited into a trap that makes them lash out. I fell like I will be one of these staff given the opportunity.
