My diverse character traits help me interact with others in a great manner. These traits include honesty, trust and friendliness. These traits are important for any staff member to have as they allow people to communicate in a truthful way with not deceitful tones. These traits aren't only helpful when communicating to my fellow staff members but also when communicating to the players of the server as communication between player and staff is just as important as communication between staff members.

Patience and a lack of favoritism are 2 of the most important traits. Patience is a required trait for any staff member to have as dealing with players can sometimes be a hassle. The lack of favoritism is also a necessary trait as it shows you are not a bias person and treat everyone fairly and equally.
