I feel like I'm a pretty patient person when it comes to stressful situations. When people tend to get frustrated or mad on the server some of the admins tend to get frustrated which is reasonable but I feel like in a situation where some people might get mad I think that I could stay pretty calm and reasonable. Also, I might have seen an admin once or twice slay a person falsely without asking for a proper reason. I also feel like i could put myself in other people's shoes better than other people so I could be more sympathetic toward the player so I could give a punishment that both the player and I are ok with.

What do you think makes a good staff member
So a reason my staff ap was rejected was cause when I play late at night sometimes I tend to break some rules. True as it is since then I've stopped doing it for 2 reasons. 1 is that I stopped playing that late at night. 2 is that since my staff ap I knew that doing that kind of thing isn't the best for the server image and its just not a good thing to do. Other than that the same reasons that I put last time I think still apply. I can be quite patient in some situations other people might snap in. I also try my best now to not break rules when there is no admin on. Also if there are no admins on I try to get people to listen to rules if I can help it.
