Firstly, I can speak 3 languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese). This would help me communicate with foreign players and help them feel more comfortable when the play. I am also a pretty social and friendly person which helps me talk to the other players and form trust with them. I would also describe myself as being helpful. If I see somebody struggling to grasp the rules or wanting to find the discord, I will help them out whenever I'm on.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I know how to balance rules and fun which wouldn't make me an annoying staff member to the players, but I would also enforce the rules, so nobody's experience is bad. Recently, from what I've noticed, there have been new players joining the servers and I have been helping them out with the rules and how to play. Lastly, I'm on at strange times. Usually, admins aren't on and as a staff, it would help to moderate players during more periods of the day.
