i can bring a voice of reason when one is needed. i can be the one that explains the rules and helps the new person that joined the server learn and understand the rules because i am good with my words and i can also talk things through without it turning into an argument.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member is the person that is there when things are bad. the person that resolves and fixes an issue no matter it to the person rdming someone to someone screaming into there mic and causing a nuisance. The staff member is the person that is nice to the person that did something wrong and not yelling and being toxic. The person that pays attention to the bigger problem then take care of the smaller one. He or she is the person that listens to the people on the server and listens to what is wrong. Most of my mutes was from slam I had it bind to my push to talk button in game so that is what the majority of my mutes are from. Don't judge this on what i was playing like 5 months ago on the server when i first got on the server and i have changed and would like to stop the people that are screaming and massing in TTT when there are no mods or admins on.

+1 Again, in need of TTT staff. I don't see Smidge breaking rules often and I imagine if he gets staff he will be less likely to break the rules as he is enforcing them.

the idea of if he gets staff he's less likely to break the rules is really stupid as a prerequisite for staff is to already to be following the rules, not get staff and then start following the rules.
