I've been playing counter-strike for close to 10 years and with my previous staff experience I've become pretty good at dealing with hostile/toxic players. I'm well known in the community and treat everyone with respect. I'm always level headed and try to be friendly with everyone I interact with.
I took a long break from CS and since I've been back Karma is the the only community server that I have enjoyed playing on. My favorite part of Karma servers is that the staff are active and actually enforce the rules. However, the main reason I am applying for mod is because I often play late at night when there is no staff and sometimes I just leave because players are mic spamming or just being toxic. I'm not trying to place the blame on any staff member, I just know that I be able to help out at times when they aren't typically on.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Someone who is active, responsible, and treats the players fairly while also enforcing the rules.
