I have been a long standing member of the community (since servers first opened) and feel I can be an approachable staff member who is friendly and unbiased. I don't/won't abuse my power, and can deal with situations without the influence of my emotions and with a clear head.
What do you think makes a good staff member
It's no secret that in the distant past I have been toxic and not a very good staff/member of the community. However, I hope people have seen a change in me, due to the fact I was demoted for inactivity. Although I was having pc issues as well as personal issues with Covid-19 and business with work, this is no excuse. I should have spoken to the upper staff and either resigned or made them more aware of my situation. I think I have a good grasp on the rules and I hope people can (through my mutes/ bans etc) that when I was last staff I didn't abuse and wasn't a bad staff, (other than my inactivity.) Finally, I know I am still seen as a very toxic person. I hope through people's recent interactions with me as well as logs of who I've muted/punished, you can see that I do not abuse and am not who I was a few years ago when the servers first opened.

+1 I staffed with him on both ROE and ENW, he's good. He's jokey in the same way I am which a lot of Americans don't really click onto and take it as toxicity, just a heads up though.
