I've staffed on Garry's mod I was an Elite admin on a military RP server and a sector lead on a Jedi vs Sith server. So I know the basics of how to be a good staff member and how to use commands, and how to be a functioning member of a community.

I have been a high staff member in a community before, and I feel like I could be there for anyone who needs help, I get on very early and sometimes very late so I can be on doing my job as staff at times when somebody else who could might not normally be on. I clip almost everything so I almost always have proof for situations so if there is ever a misunderstanding or someone claims I'm not doing my job right or someone else isn't then I will almost always have proof of the situation.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Due to previous experience as a higher up on another community I already have leadership skills and know how to handle tough situations. I know when im in the wrong most of the time but like any human being i need to be called out every once in a while and that is my flaw. I like to be very open with people when it comes to staffing and just doing things in general. My method of staffing when I was an elite admin was that I would do what I could to get the 2 parties to come to an understanding then punish according to a combination of what the victim requested and what I feel is necessary.
