I am currently an admin for the F10 Community. As well as I was an admin previously for Nightfall(unsure for how long).

My first experience with being a staff member was back in 2009-2010 with GGC(Ganja Gaming Community, which later on turned into HOE one of the bigger and well known communities in CSS) I was a pay admin on all the servers for GGC.

I then discovered surf which I ended up playing on a server by the name of F10 Surf n' turf, Which I became an admin on.

I then discovered shack(buck nasty's community(creator of buck maps)) I became an admin on his server aswell as a map tester for buck nasty.

I then met Crayz(the developer for Fragsurf) who I ended up joining in helping his surf server part of the Angry Gamer community.

Last but not least I got offered admin by the Hell Clan on CSS to be an admin on the surf server after I made a huge complaint on how the server wasn't looked after as there were never any admins on.

This is most of my outside experience with being an Admin/Head Admin/Root Admin and staff in general.

But I have also started a few communities myself in the past mainly bumble_cows which to this day is a community and a clan I am proud of and lucky to be a leader of. We have a surf server on CS:S which I own.

Well I am a good leader since I have been the leader of bumble cows for long(since 2013) and people are still in it and are active.

My personality type is ENFJ.

I am currently in my final year of university studying Electronics and Communication Engineering, (I mainly specialize in Communication Engineering)

I am good at being a salesman since I have worked in door to door sales aswell as Telecommunication sales.

I have a knack for being able to talk and communicate very well,(always on point).

Lastly I am kind and fair, I never judge anyone to make them look bad openly as well as I am caring as I try to show equal respect towards everyone. (We are all just humans trying to live the next day hoping it will be better).

What do you think makes a good staff member
Well from my own experience I have learned treating everyone equally and show equal respect as everyone is a human and we are all on this community to have a bit of fun and forget about our problems.

Kindness and Fairness, being able to make the right decision at the right time and not piss off people with lack of experience and confidence.

What I think makes a Good Staff Member is Loyalty to the Communtiy and its Members.
