What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
The additional skills I can bring are: more help for the in game players, make player communications more friendly, and help other staff with staffing the servers. And I hope to eliminate some problems that lots of people have on this server.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member would be not toxic to the players and staff, they would be chill and not try to get anyone mad, and they would not be abusing there powers. Also good staff members will also actually help and enforce the rules on anyone breaking the rules.
0, I don't know how well he staffs on AWP + I don't know why he is making an application because he is already staff... I swear people need to be more aware that they can just talk to the respective Server Managers in order to get swapped to different servers.

Swapping to any server besides TTT would be logical... However, there's a big reason we have literal mentors for TTT who teach new global admins the ins and outs of TTT.
